This hotel's location is unbeatable with a train station, bakery, convenience store, and even a Starbucks right outside its doors. Rooms are well-maintained with basic amenities like tea makers and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast includes both Japanese and Western options, while some rooms offer a great view - like a 12th-floor glimpse of Mount Fuji.
The size of the rooms could use some improvement for those with larger luggage or looking for more space to stretch out.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room of the hotel. The view from the window was stunning. the hotel was located centrally, near various shops and was easily accessible by public transport.
The hotel staff was unhelpful when it came to providing suggestions for local restaurants. , the quality of the pillows was insufficient, and we had to ask for additional pillows, but we were not provided with suitable ones.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location couldn't be more convenient, as it is right beside the train station. It made it so easy to explore the area and get around. Plus, there are also outlet stores and a Starbucks nearby, which was a great bonus. The staff here were fantastic - they were very helpful and friendly, especially when I asked for recommendations on where to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the automated Japanese toilet and the nice toiletries. a great experience!

Great views from high floors and good cleaning service. the option of Japanese breakfast is a good alternative to the typical hotel breakfast.
The room size was not ideal for a romantic escape and it seemed cramped. the hotel lacked a bar to spend a leisurely evening with drinks.
